Bockingford watercolour paper made by St. Cuthburt's Mill in Somerset. NOT pressed textured surface. This paper has a robust surface allowing the artist to use masking fluid , masking tape and "lifting" techniques without tearing or causing damage. Low absorbency allows more time to work the paint before drying. It also has a texture which allows the paint to granulate into soft "circular" patterns rather than "grid" patterns associated with cheaper papers. A superb inexpensive industry favourite.
